Studied at Childrens Arts School No 17 from 1986-1989. In 1992, was admitted to the Faculty of Environmental Design of the St Petersburg State Academy of Art and Industry. Defended diploma on Toys as a Method of Design in 1998. Completed a placement at the Berlin-Weisensee Higher Arts School (Germany). Joined the Art-Design section of the Russian Designers Union in 1999. Received the Sleipnir grant from the Council of Ministers of Nordic Countries in 2000. In 2001, received a grant from the Russian Federation Ministry of Culture (Toys that Develop Design Skills). Teacher since 2001 at the Nevsky University (Art Design lecture course). Member of the 100. Projects DESIGN group from 1995 to 2002. Since 2002, Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Museum Pedagogy and Childrens Art of the State Russian Museum. Member of the Professors group since 2002. In 2002, received the Sleipnir and PUNKT grants from the Council of Ministers of Nordic Countries in 2000. Works are in various private collections in Russia, Germany, Switzerland and Sweden.
