Shifting edges or cultural expansion at the beginning of the mobile age? The stable era is past. Each of the Nordic countries is receiving new cultural impulses and resources both from outside and inside of the Nordic region. The new mobility gives us new aesthetic parameters, new impressions. Which values do we believe are worth maintaining and which ones could we reform or work out in favor of the new? What are the arts and cultural institutions' and artists' approaches towards comprehensive dialogue between the mobile and more stable cultures in the Nordic sphere? It is time for flux, flexibility and change.
