Projects 2004

nonTVTVstation is a channel for real-time art ran by Splintermind. We
invite artists to create a piece of real-time art to be distributed live,
24 hours a day, for a period of one month. Within these frames the
artists are free to choose media to work with. We have shown digital art,
net art, video sculptures and installations, animal art, robotic art and
more.

The art is broadcast to the web and to a number of art institutions in
Scandinavia and in USA and Canada. Thanks to advanced Internet technology
the transmissions to the institutions have a quality comparable to Super
VHS video. At the institutions the art is shown in a large format using
projectors or large screens.

The artists are selected by the curator Björn Norberg and the
nonTVTVstation curator board. For more information please contact Björn
