NIFCA, Nordic Institute for Contemporary Art 1997-2006 was the Nordic Council of Ministers’ expert organ for visual culture: visual art, architecture and design. NIFCA was a laboratory for developing: experimental exhibition forms, curatorial practices, public activity, artist-in-residency programs, and critical discourse.
