The West Balkan AiR 2004 residency program had its postmark deadline 27 February 2004.

The artists were selected by an international panel, who wanted to use this opportunity to gain knowledge of the work of a multitude of contemporary artists in the Nordic region and the West Balkans. For the selection panel of West Balkan AiR 2004 we invited:
