Nätverkstan (Net Workshop) is an independent media lab providing the culture practitioner access to information technology and its possibilities. Our roots come from production of cultural journals, but today we have widened our field of work to include artists working with other media, especially with digital media. We offer Internet connection, Web hotel and education in publication techniques. We provide ideas, knowledge and know-how to the cultural practitioner: production, distribution, marketing and selling.

Nätverkstan Ekonomitjänst (Net workshop Financial Services) offers culture organisations, individual artists and temporary projects economical and administrative solutions. The department manages subscriptions and sales commission for a large number of Swedish culture journals.

Kulturverkstan (Culture workshop) is a two-year Project Manager education within culture and IT. It focuses, among other things, on democracy, knowledge and information, globalisation and the future of work, economy, computer and project management. Knowledge is tested through practical work, both in Sweden and abroad.

Nätverkstan also runs shorter projects, the latest Journal 2002, a European Cultural Journal Conference with participants from twenty-five countries.
