PUNKT - Residencies 2003 for artists in the Nordic region and North-West Russia
PUNKT is a residency programme developing contacts, dialogues, and new collaboration initiatives between the Nordic region and North-West Russia in 2003.The programme offers around 40 artists and curators in the region the possibility to live and work, develop contacts, commit research, engage in projects at various locations throughout the region for periods of 1-4 months per residency.
The PUNKT Residency Programme is a collaboration project funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The project is curated by the Nordic Institute for Contemporary Art, NIFCA, and the Nordic Council of Ministers' Information Office in St. Petersburg. The programme is realised in collaboration with residential art centres, institutions and organisations in the Nordic region and North-West Russia.
